Educational Visits

Autumn 2 Sensory Shack Visit

Lime class also enjoyed a visit to the Sensory Shack in Birkenhead. The children really enjoyed exploring all of the different sensory activities and had lots of fun exploring the new environment.

Autumn 2 Walker Art Gallery Visit

As part of our themed week 'The Magic Paintbrush' Lime class visited the children's gallery at the Walker art gallery in Liverpool. We enjoyed exploring the new environment and we loved getting creative and exploring all of the different things to do there.

Autumn 2 Educational Visits - Parks

We really enjoy getting out and about in Lime Class and taking the children to different local parks to practice their walking and to experience having snack when out in the community is an important part of our curriculum. We have all enjoyed our weekly visit to Central Park and the children have become much more familiar with the environment as the term has progressed.

Educational Visits Autumn 1 2019

Lime class just love to get out in the great outdoors! We are lucky enough to be able to take our learning outside the classroom and we go on trips twice a week. These trips are great opportunities to encourage the children to walk independently and about road safety and about exploring new and unfamiliar environments. So far this year we have visited several local parks, the farm, the pumpkin patch and we have visited Bidston Hill a few times to get the children familiar with the forest school site.
