Autumn Term Photos
In Green Class, the pupils all communicate in different ways. This may be through single words, gestures, hand leading, with symbols or objects, short phrases and learnt scripts, vocalisations and/or sounds. Each and every communicative attempt is honoured and valued by all staff and we work carefully to ensure pupils can develop their skills so that their communication is understood by the wider world. We create a total communication environment with all staff using a multitude of strategies to meet the pupils at their point of learning and help them to progress at their own pace. Support is available for you to replicate what we do in school at home.
