Autumn 1 & 2 - The children will be engaging with 1 art session per week. This will link to our current topic 'Out of this World!'. The children will be having lots of fun and getting messy, with activities such as creating a moon crater craft and designing and decorating their own rocket! They will be exploring a range of tools and materials to use, in order to see the effect that they make.
Spring 1 & 2 - The children will be exploring how to use a variety of media to create a finished art piece, such as paint, glitter, tissue paper and lots more! The children will create pieces of art for Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and general pieces relating to our current topic 'Food Glorious Food!'.
Summer 1 & 2 - The children will be exploring different tools and materials to create art work relating to our current topic ‘Festivals and Carnivals’. They will be making a carnival mask, a popcorn bowl and much more!
