Sensory Cookery Autumn 1 2020
During sensory cookery sessions Amber class are working on their sensory exploration skills, using tools and utensils and following simple instructions. We like to engage in process based cookery sessions where the focus is on the process of the activity itself and not the finished product. So far this term we have made thumbprint jam cookies, fruit smoothies and banana pops. The children are all doing really well at smelling and tasting the different ingredients that we use.
