Park School


In Gold class we love to get active and do P.E. Every day we have 2 sessions of movement breaks, which involves 15 minutes of moving.  We follow the format of a sensory circuit, using big movements, followed by focus games and finish with calming breathing exercises and talk about good thoughts for the day.


At the moment we are working with our wonderful dance coach Lucy who is introducing us to learning a sequence of moves like the planets in our solar system!
